Return Policy
Last updated 10 October 2026
Returns are not accepted. Every needle is made in the USA from 303 stainless steel and is checked before it goes out. I stand by this product. You are buying a time tested tool, not a pair of pants.
Shipping
Shipping is a flat $7.00 anywhere in the US, including territories and APO/FPO addresses, and orders go out in 2–4 business days. Tracking arrives by email from Pirate Ship once the label is printed. International shipping is quoted case by case. Ask for a quote on the contact page or on Instagram before ordering.
Cancelling an order
Contact me before your order goes out and it will be refunded in full, no questions asked.
Lost or late packages
If tracking has not moved for seven days, let me know and we will chase it down together.
